SRI KRISHNA JAYANTHI

On the occasion of Celebrations, Competitions (Fancy Dress-any Character from Ramayana / Mahabharata / Bhagvad Gita, Gita Recitation, painting – any sequence from Ramayana / Mahabharata / bhagvad gita, Orotorical, Deviotional Songs – Solo & Group and / Group Devotions Bhajans, are conducted for School and College Students at Chennai Dist. Level. Thousands of Students are taking part with lot of enthusiasm and zeal. Prizes are distributed by a prominent person every year on the day of Krishna Jayanthi.
There will be an exquisite Exhibition depicting the Leelas and Avatars of Lord Krishna, from the day of Krishna Jayanthi, for 2 to 4 days.


NANDOUTSAV

It is organized on the next day of Janmashtami, when Special Pooja Abhishek of Lord Krishna is performed and Mahaprasad provided to all devices participating in NandoUtsav:


SRI RAMNAVAMI

Every year SRI RAMA NAVAMI is being celebrated with gaiety on a grand scale when people in the Vicinity, and those residing in the CHENNAI, throng the GEEHA BHAVAN in good numbers. KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI is being celebrated each year, on a grand scale. Every year, on the occasion of Krishna Jayanthi Inter-School and Inter-collegiate level Competitions are held, in which thousands of students are taking part in Gita Recitation, Painting on Any sequence from Ramayana/Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita, Fancy Dress on any character from Ramayana / Mahabaratha,Bhagavad Gita, Devotional/Patriotic songs, Bhajans and Oratorical competitions. Every year, an exquisite exhibition on AVATARS & LEELAS OF “LORD KRISHNA” is organized.GITA LECTURES are being held on all Sundays and many religious minded people are benefited.
